An exquisite ring of beauty and spiritual inspiration. Hand crafted from sterling silver in the Land of Israel, it has in the center a narrow gold band that elegantly rotates for you to enjoy its colorful display of twelve gems, corresponding to the stones that adorned the choshen-Breastplate of the High Priest in the Temple – one gem for each tribe. On the silver, above and below, are the names of the twelve tribes, sons of Jacob.

When guidance was required in Temple times, the Jews would consult the Breastplate-Choshen. The answer was received through the precious stones. Ever since, the Breastplate has been a symbol of faith and trust.

The twelve Choshen stones were: Amethyst, Ruby, Onyx, Citrine, Blue Topaz, Topaz, Saphire, Peridot, Emerald, Diamond, Aquamarine, garnet.
